An established manufacturing company is looking for two self-motivated and results-driven Junior Production Supervisors to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with supervisory experience in food manufacturing who are passionate about quality, safety, team leadership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee UHT production operations during shift activities to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Maintain high housekeeping standards and minimise production losses. Conduct on-line quality inspections and monitor the correct use of cleaning chemicals. Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to the required standards. Promote compliance with health and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE. Manage workforce administration, timesheets, labour utilisation and production reporting. Update production performance charts and communicate operational performance to management and production teams. Attend maintenance meetings and support effective coordination between production and maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across production, rework and yard areas. Encourage teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement within the production team. Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate. Completed Supervisory Course. 2–3 years' supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of dairy manufacturing processes, systems and equipment will be advantageous. Skills and Competencies Strong organisational and planning skills. Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively. Self-motivated, dedicated and results-driven approach. Strong focus on quality, safety and operational efficiency.
