My client is a multidisciplinary engineering company that builds, rebuilds, installs and commissions production machinery and automation systems for the energy, manufacturing, packaging and construction industries in Europe, the USA and Southern Africa.

They are looking for a motivated Millwright to join their team.

This role suits a newly qualified tradesperson who wants hands-on experience and is happy to travel. (A LOT!!)

POSITION INFO:
What you'll do Help install, align and commission new production machines on client sites Strip, rebuild and refurbish existing machinery as part of rehabilitation projects Carry out mechanical assembly, shaft alignment, bearing, gearbox and drive work Work with electrical, PLC and automation technicians during commissioning Do preventive and breakdown maintenance on site Follow strict safety, quality and CE\/ISO standards What we're looking for Qualified Millwright (Red Seal \/ Trade Test) or completed apprenticeship 0-1 years' post-qualification experience; newly qualified candidates are welcome Solid mechanical basics and the ability to read technical drawings Willing to travel internationally for up to 3 months at a time Valid passport (an EU passport would be beneficial ) Physically fit, reliable and able to work in a team Good English communication skills
