POSITION INFO:
ENVIRONMENT: A dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeks a highly meticulous Logistics Coordinator with strong organisational ability who will be responsible for the daily processing of all Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Credit Notes and Receipts in accordance with agreed Operational Level Agreements. resolving all queries, including transaction and item histories. You will coordinate transactions and queries between Sales, Suppliers and the Warehouse while compiling the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required by Management. Constantly measured output and risk reduction. You will also be expected to ensure Vendor\/Supplier compliance and escalate all non-conformances to Logistics Management. SHEQ compliance aligned to ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & 45001:2017 standards. Applicants must have Matric\/Grade 12, 1-2 years relevant work experience including within Logistics\/Supply Chain, End to end Sales cycle coordination & Sage ERP system transacting - processing of orders, invoicing, transaction analysis and query resolution.   DUTIES: ·        Process all system transactions, including, but not limited to, sales orders, purchase orders, receipts, invoicing, credit notes, returns, GP transfers. ·        Manage compliance with all transactional approval requirements. ·        Ensure all transactions are processed within Logistics Operational Level Agreement. ·        Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, all internal Logistics regulations, and all previously communicated instructions and processes. ·        Month-end preparation and management according to transactional cut-off time, and participation in increased operational requirements over all month-ends and financial year-ends. ·        Resolve queries (from Sales\/Suppliers\/Finance\/Warehouse) and escalating to where required. ·        Identify Operational & SHEQ risks and reporting to Logistics Management.   REQUIREMENTS: ·        Matric \\ Grade 12 (Compulsory). ·        Sage ERP system transacting experience. ·        1-2 Years proven experience including within Logistics\/Supply Chain. ·        End to end Sales cycle coordination. ·        Experience in Order Management and ERP System transactions - processing of orders and invoicing. Reporting, transaction analysis and query resolution. Adherence to OLA. ·        Previous Procurement experience or Logistics coordinating experience preferred. ·        Strong computer literacy skills – Advanced Excel will be an advantage.   ATTRIBUTES: ·        Good written and verbal communication. ·        Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask. ·        Analytical, methodical and emphasis on attention detail. ·        Ability to work under pressure and without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks and on time delivery. ·        Reliable and committed.
