POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES CO-ORDINATOR for a large, well-established company, position based in the Camperdown area, KwaZulu-Natal. JOB DESCRIPTION Grade 12. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Human Resources Degree or Diploma. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email \/ Internet). Knowledge of HR Sage People 300 system advantageous. Knowledge of current labour legislation. Knowledge of BCEA. Job will involve dealing with human resources issues and administration, including social media management and various human resources project initiatives. Person must possess very strong administrative skills as the position is very demanding and information must be very accurate at all times and updated due to legal nature of the department. The job demands a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail. Assist with staff presentations, policies and procedures, recruitment and selection and human resources operations. Would only suit someone who is highly organized with very strong administrative skills.
