Company and Job Description: Our client is an established organization based in Mbombela is seeking a driven and technically strong Junior Financial Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career and gain broad exposure across the full finance function, while working closely with key business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full finance function Assist with payroll-related activities and support Ensure ongoing financial and regulatory compliance Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial planning Coordinate and assist with BBBEE verification processes Prepare and analyse financial information to support business decision-making Maintain accurate financial records and ensure sound financial controls Work with the organisation's Pastel ERP\/accounting system Job Experience and Skills Required: B Com degree or equivalent finance qualification CA(SA) designation preferred Candidates currently en route to completing their CA(SA) exams will also be considered 0-4 years' relevant experience Strong accounting and financial management fundamentals Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Pastel will be advantageous Apply now!
