POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes Oversee debtors, creditors, banking, and payment functions Ensure accurate and timely VAT, PAYE, and statutory submissions Manage year-end audit preparations and liaise with external auditors Maintain and strengthen financial controls, policies, and procedures Support payroll processing and related reconciliations Deliver financial analysis and management reporting to aid decision-making Monitor working capital and cash flow performance Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Act as a trusted business partner to management and key stakeholders Skills & Experience: Minimum 6-8 years' finance experience Proven experience managing the full finance function Strong management accounting and reporting background Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working on Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required Qualification: SAICA, SAIPA, or AGA(SA) qualification Relevant Accounting or Finance degree advantageous For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
