This exciting opportunity offers an engineer with at least three years of operational experience exposure to technical projects, consulting assignments, and continuous operational improvement. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Analyse operational dashboards to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities. ✅ Assess product quality to ensure compliance with client requirements and technical specifications. ✅ Support project delivery and technical consulting assignments. ✅ Prepare high-quality technical reports and communicate findings effectively. ✅ Conduct site visits and support operational projects. ✅ Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve technical challenges and improve performance. 🔹 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ✔️ BSc degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy. ✔️ Minimum 3 years’ operational experience in a technical, engineering, or project-related role. ✔️ Ambition to achieve Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA and grow within the organisation. ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔️ Strong technical report-writing skills — ESSENTIAL. ✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities. ✔️ Valid driver’s licence preferred. ✔️ Willingness to travel between head office and operational sites. 🔹 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
