Junior Data Capturer

Role Description

• The primary purpose of the Junior Data Capturer is to provide accurate and efficient creditors administration support through daily payment matching, invoice capturing, account query management and financial record keeping ensuring that transactions and supporting documentation are accurately processed and maintained.

Role Requirements

Qualification:

• Matric or NQF 4 equivalent.

Work Experience:

• 1 - 2 years experience in accounting, creditors administration or similar administrative environment.

Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Computer Literacy.

Advantageous:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of Evolve, SAP Business One, Sage or any other accounting systems.
