POSITION INFO:
Employer Description Engineering and industrial solutions company. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Plan and schedule workshop jobs, repairs, assembly and testing activities. Allocate work to technicians according to skills, capacity and priority. Monitor job progress and update planned completion dates. Liaise with procurement, stores, sales and suppliers to ensure material availability. Prepare and maintain job cards, work packs, production schedules and related records. Identify potential delays and escalate issues timeously. Assist with stock, components and tooling coordination. Ensure workshop documentation complies with company quality and safety procedures. Provide regular progress updates to management and relevant departments. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in workshop planning, production planning, maintenance coordination or a similar role. Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, valve, mechanical or industrial environment. Strong administrative, planning and communication skills. Computer literate, with good Excel skills Experience with Evolution or ERP systems like Syspro, SAP.
