Our client, a leading player in the Information Technology industry, is seeking a motivated IT Telesales Consultant who is eager to drive sales and contribute to technological advancement. What You'll Do: Engage with prospective clients via telephone to promote and sell IT hardware and software solutions. Identify customer needs and present tailored product offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business. Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with company goals. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in software, hardware, or IT telesales. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to understand technical product details and explain benefits to clients. A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving. Nice to Have: Existing network within the IT industry. Knowledge of the local KwaZulu-Natal market.
