IT Manager

SUMMARY:
We are hiring an IT Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT leader to take ownership of regional technology operations across South Africa and the EU. This strategic, hands-on role combines IT infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity and digital transformation, with the opportunity to shape IT service delivery across a dynamic, internationally connected citrus business.
Experience from agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG or perishable markets preferred.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Minimum 10 years' IT experience At least 4 years in an IT leadership/management role. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, end-user support, ERP systems and cybersecurity. Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, service delivery and risk. Experience with IT security monitoring, compliance and business continuity. Practical understanding of operational technology, such as production lines, cold chain or industrial systems. Experience with IT transitions to shared services and post-acquisition integration. Experience in agribusiness, food production, manufacturing or logistics preferred. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. ITIL certification Cloud, Project Management or Security certificates preferred. Duties Lead regional IT operations and support across South African and overseas operations. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, ERP systems and enterprise applications. Oversee cybersecurity monitoring, incident response and regulatory compliance. Ensure system availability and business continuity during critical harvest and packing periods. Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with Group IT standards and policies. Support technology requirements across farms, pack houses and operational systems. Manage IT teams, budgets, vendors and contracts. Lead IT transitions to Group services and integrate newly acquired businesses. Collaborate with Group Technology and regional operational leadership to deliver reliable IT services.
