Eduvos is looking to employ a IT Lecturer at our Umhlanga campus on a permanent basis.

Type of appointment:

Permanent

Purpose:

• To lecture Information Technology-related modules, in the faculty on a full-time basis.
• To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

Campus

Modules to be lectured:

• PenTest+ (Penetration Testing), Cloud Foundations (AWS), Statistics for Data Analysis, Intelligent Robotic Systems, Cysa+ (Cyber Security Analysis)

Responsibilities:

• Lecturing
• General administration
• Setting and marking of assessments
• Preparation of notes and additional study materials
• Quality Assurance
• Management of At-risk students

Minimum qualifications required:

•  PhD/Masters in Computer Science, IT or related field

Experience:

• 1 -2 years or relevant lecturing experience
• Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
• Relevant research experience
