Our IT Recruitment desk is looking for a Tech All-Rounder to work closely with their Head of IT & Digital. - Claremont, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
This is far more than a traditional IT support role. One day you could be troubleshooting a network or computer issue; the next you could be working on a website, taking product photographs, assisting with Google Ads, or helping with security and camera systems. What You''ll Be Doing Providing day-to-day IT support across networks, hardware and devices Supporting websites, Google profiles and social media Assisting with SEO, Google Ads, paid advertising and print media Taking photographs and creating content Troubleshooting security systems, alarms, cameras and connectivity Moving between sites and getting involved in practical problem-solving What We''re Looking For We''re looking for someone who is: Naturally curious and enjoys figuring out how things work Comfortable with computers, networks and everyday technology A logical thinker with strong troubleshooting instincts A fast learner who enjoys being taught new things Friendly, patient and able to communicate with non-technical people Reliable, practical and willing to get involved Someone who would rather solve problems than sit behind a desk all day Strong in English communication In possession of a valid driver''s licence & own reliable transport Formal IT qualifications are welcome but are not essential - aptitude, attitude and a genuine interest in technology matter more.
