At Glenstantia Primary School in Pretoria, this role combines Technology in Grade 7 with Mathematics in the Intersen Phase, giving an experienced teacher the opportunity to contribute across two important areas of learning.

We are looking for an experienced Intersen/Senior Phase Teacher who can teach Technology and Mathematics confidently, explain concepts clearly and help learners develop the knowledge and problem-solving skills they need as they progress through the senior primary years.

For a teacher who enjoys seeing learners work through a problem, understand how something works and gain confidence in applying what they have learned, this is an opportunity to bring those strengths into the classroom every day.

What We Are Looking For

• A recognised REQV14 qualification – a four-year Education Diploma or Bachelor of Education in the Senior Phase
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in the Intersen/Senior Phase
• Proven experience teaching Technology in Grade 7
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics in the Intersen Phase
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Computer literacy
• SACE registration and a valid certificate
• Willingness and experience in participating in extramural and co-curricular activities

Applicants must have no criminal record and must provide a valid police clearance certificate.
