Ready to take your recruitment career global? Danté Personnel is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded recruiter to join our team in Pretoria! We're looking for someone who understands the full 360° recruitment process, is passionate about building relationships and is ready to develop their career in international recruitment.🌎 What will you be doing? Managing the full 360° recruitment process, from business development to successful placements. Identifying and approaching international companies to secure new business. Building your own international client portfolio from scratch. Sourcing, headhunting, screening and interviewing candidates for international vacancies. Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates across global markets. Working towards business development, placement and revenue targets.🎯 What are we looking for? 2-3 years' recruitment experience, ideally in a full 360° role. Confidence in business development and winning new clients. Fluency in Afrikaans and English. A matric certificate and valid driver's licence. Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills. A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset. A genuine willingness to learn about international recruitment. Previous international recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential.
