International Export Customer Accounts Coordinator Location: Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent   Our client a citrus growing and export company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented International Export Customer & Accounts Coordinator to manage customer service, shipment tracking, export documentation and sales account administration for its Canadian, Far East and Russian markets.   Key Responsibilities Track export shipments, vessel ETAs, delays and documentation, maintaining accurate reports and customer trackers. Liaise with international customers regarding shipment updates, queries, requests and regular reporting. Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and other export documentation. Monitor retailer purchase orders, quality reports, sales estimates and shipment records. Prepare and reconcile sales accounts, track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Monitor customer remittances, quality claims and retailer yield reports before finalising accounts. Coordinate customer meetings, price confirmations and market updates with internal commercial teams. Assist with grower loading data, invoicing and export programme registration requirements. Work closely with logistics, finance, quality control and documentation teams to ensure efficient export processes.   Minimum Requirements Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including managing complex spreadsheets and large data sets. Excellent written English and professional communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational ability. Ability to manage recurring deadlines and independently follow up on outstanding tasks and payments.   Advantageous Experience in export administration, shipping, logistics coordination or customer service. Fresh produce or perishable goods export experience will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of export documentation and ERP/trade systems. Must be comfortable communicating with international customers across different time zones, including occasional early-morning or late-afternoon meetings.
