Internal Sales and Key Account Cordinator

A client of ours within the Fashion and Beauty sector is looking for an experienced Internal Sales/Key Account Coordinator to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Location: Johannesburg Requirements: Relevant Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Key Account Support, Sales Operations or retail supplier experience. Experience with dealing with major retails and buyers FMCG, Retail Supplier, Fashion, Beauty, Accessories or Consumer-Goods experience Syspro ERP experience Responsibilities: Manage and support the day-to-day Internal Sales function and customer queries Manage customer product listings and ensure barcodes, stock codes, descriptions, pricing, pack sizes and other master data are accurate Work with customer buyers and retailers portals on listings, amendments, approvals and follow-ups Pull, prepare and analyse sales, stock, distribution, ordering and customer reports Use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPS]\/VLOOKUP and formulas to reconcile and analyse large datasets Identify sales trends, stock gaps, distribution gaps, non-ordering products\/stores, pricing discrepancies and other expectations
