Job Description
- We are seeking a Travel Consultant (Intermediate) for a permanent role, based in KuGompo City, Eastern Cape
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Experience of 2-3 years as a travel consultant
- Diploma or N6 in Tourism
- Knowledge of GDS systems(Amadeus & Galileo) and Qtrav
The successful applicant must have experience with:
- Managing and coordinating travel arrangement for clients
- Providing expert knowledge of travel options.
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel suppliers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records.
