POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor infrastructure teams across multiple sites. Coordinate daily field activities and resource planning. Conduct site audits and quality assessments. Monitor infrastructure projects and maintenance work. Resolve operational challenges and drive improvements. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Manage tools, vehicles, equipment, and stock control. Collaborate with technical teams to support network stability. Job Experience and Skills Required: Matric (Grade 12). Valid driver's licence. 3-5 years' experience within telecommunications infrastructure. Minimum 2 years' experience managing technical field teams. Strong exposure to wireless/RF networks, towers, and telecommunications sites. Experience overseeing site build, deployment, and maintenance activities. Ability to assess workmanship, quality, and operational performance. Strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Apply now!
