INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (IR) OFFICER - Bloemfontein

Are you an experienced IR professional with strong conflict-resolution skills and a passion for fair workplace practices? Ergasia Placements is recruiting an IR Officer for our client’s Human Resources department.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: At least 3 years' relevant Industrial Relations experience . -Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites. Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and fair employment procedures. Practical experience in disciplinary processes, grievances and workplace investigations. Experience preparing CCMA and bargaining council matters. Strong communication, conflict-resolution and report-writing skills. -Computer literacy, sound judgement and discretion. Advantageous: A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Labour Law. Key responsibilities: Guide managers on fair and consistent IR processes. Investigate workplace matters and prepare accurate case documentation. Coordinate disciplinary hearings, grievances and dispute preparation.
