Industrial Engineer required in Pinetown to drive process improvement, productivity and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. Permanent position offering R30,000–R40,000 per month.

Industrial Engineer - Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal Talent Connected Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a results-driven Industrial Engineer to support process improvement and operational efficiency within a manufacturing \/ electronics environment. This permanent opportunity is suited to a candidate with strong analytical skills and experience improving manufacturing processes, resource utilisation and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and improve manufacturing and operational processes. Conduct process studies, time studies and workflow analysis. Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Optimise resource utilisation and production processes. Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Develop and maintain process documentation and reports. Work closely with production, engineering, quality and other departments. Support the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles. Minimum Requirements: Relevant Industrial Engineering qualification. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in process improvement and optimisation. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles. Strong numerical and data-analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
