Our client is seeking a skilled Implementation Project Leader to lead the configuration, deployment, and successful delivery of transport management application projects. This role offers the opportunity to work across business and technical teams, ensuring software solutions are configured to meet operational requirements while delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to agreed KPIs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating stakeholders, managing project risks, and driving successful implementation outcomes in a dynamic logistics and technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, configuration, deployment, and implementation of transport management system projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Configure application settings, workflows, master data, user roles, and permissions to meet business requirements. Conduct testing, resolve configuration issues, and secure business sign-off prior to deployment. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide project status reporting to management. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and third-party service providers. Deliver user training, post-deployment support, and implementation documentation. Manage change requests, deployment schedules, and continuous process improvements throughout the project lifecycle. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in project management and software application deployment. Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in process analysis, root cause analysis, training, and deployment. Fluency in French is essential. Willingness to travel internationally and possess a valid passport. Advantageous: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport management environments. Experience implementing transport management systems or ERP solutions. Apply now!
