ICT Business Analyst

Job Description

• A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business transformation, process improvement and technology initiatives across the organisation.
• The role will act as the link between business stakeholders and ICT teams, gathering and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver business value.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' Business Analysis experience within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong documentation and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise systems projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or SAP Business One.
• Exposure to Power BI, WMS, TMS and systems integration.
• Experience with data migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites.

• Analysing and improving business processes.
• Supporting data, reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• Supporting systems integration and automation projects.
• Contributing to digital transformation programmes.
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops with business and ICT stakeholders.
• Supporting system testing and user acceptance activities.
• Assisting with user adoption and change initiatives.
• Working closely with stakeholders across multiple operational sites.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of business and ICT projects.
