SUMMARY:
Must have good understanding and knowledge of hydraulics, hydraulic systems, Mechanical components, and pneumatic systems to identify wear, damage, cracks and other defects.

POSITION INFO:
Overview: Must have good understanding and knowledge of hydraulics, hydraulic systems, Mechanical components, and pneumatic systems to identify wear, damage, cracks and other defects. Duties: The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and parts diagrams. The ability to identify wear, damaged, cracks and other defects on internal components of a drifter. Preferably someone with a minimum 3-5 years' experience, it would be an added benefit if the individual has experience on Drill rig and Bolters. The individual must be a Qualified Artisan (Hydraulic fitter of Mechanical fitter) HeShe would need to have some Drifter experience. Experience in diagnostics, dismantling, inspecting, repairing, assembling, and testing drifters. It would be an added benefit if the individual has some underground and surface mine working experience. The individual must be medically fit to perform all tasks within his job description. Requirements: Qualified Artisan (Hydraulic fitter of Mechanical fitter) Must have some Drifter experience. Minimum 3-5 years' experience, it would be an added benefit if the individual has experience on Drill rig and Bolters A driver's license Reside on the East Rand (Ekurhuleni) or prepared to relocate Remuneration: Market related
