HVAC Technician (Australia)

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected commercial air conditioning and mechanical services company in Darwin. They service large central plant systems for government and high-end private clients. They’re looking for experienced HVAC Technicians for permanent, full-time roles on an Australian skilled-migration visa, and relocation support can be negotiated.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair HVAC central plant and chilled water systems in commercial buildings Fault-find on electrical and control circuits Work with complex building management systems (BMS) and controls Manage job assignments on a tablet-based system Complete accurate paperwork and service reports Source parts and get prices Work on your own or as part of a team, with a strong client focus Experience & Qualifications Trade qualification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (Red Seal or equivalent) At least 4 years' experience in commercial HVAC Strong understanding of electrical and control circuits Able to get a provisional and full NT electrical licence, an NT driver's licence and a White Card Able to get police clearance Good spoken and written English is essential Depending on the role and candidate, an English language test, a skills assessment (such as VETASSESS) and\/or a practical workplace assessment may be required
