Job Description

A well-established company in the Medical Industry is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead all HR functions within the organisation. This role is suited to a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in labour relations, recruitment, employee development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Oversee employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance on labour legislation, CCMA matters, and Industrial Relations processes.
Develop and implement training and development initiatives.
Facilitate HR workshops and employee engagement programmes.
Manage and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
Support management with strategic HR advice and people-related matters.

Requirements

Several years of Human Resources Management experience.
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, CCMA processes, and Industrial Relations.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience handling disciplinary hearings, grievances, and employee relations matters.
Experience in Training and Development.
Experience facilitating HR workshops.
Proven track record in managing performance appraisals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
