Human Resources Graduate

PURPOSE

The purpose of a graduate programme is to develop recently qualified graduates into skilled, competent professionals by providing structured workplace exposure, practical experience, mentorship, and training. The successful incumbent will gain exposure to various areas of HR Management function in an international organisation.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Extensive learning will include but will not be limited to the following areas:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Labour relations and disciplinary matters
• HR Metrics and reporting
• Talent Management
• Organisational Design
• Performance Management
• HR Information Systems
• HR Project Co-ordination
• HR Policy implementation and updates
• Stakeholder and customer engagement
• HR Audits
• Participate in the HR roadshows

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/ BCom Hons in Human Resources Management

EXPERIENCE

• No formal work experience required

REQUIREMENTS

• Must not have participated in a Graduate Programme
• Must not have work experience in the discipline in question
• Must be willing to relocate nationally when required
• South African Citizen
