Human Resources Graduate (Gauteng)

PURPOSE

• The purpose of a graduate programme is to develop recently qualified graduates into skilled, competent professionals by providing structured workplace exposure, practical experience, mentorship, and training. The successful incumbent will gain exposure to various areas of HR Management function in an international organisation.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

• Recruitment and Selection
• Labour relations and disciplinary matters
• HR Metrics and reporting
• Talent Management
• Organisational Design
• Performance Management
• HR Information Systems
• HR Project Co-ordination
• HR Policy implementation and updates
• Stakeholder and customer engagement
• HR Audits
• Participate in the HR roadshows

Requirements

• No formal work experience required
