HubSpot Support Specialist

SUMMARY:
A well-established safari company with a Cape Town office is seeking a technically minded HUBSPOT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This role suits a hands-on systems person who enjoys solving user problems and keeping a CRM clean and reliable for the teams that depend on it. You will split your week between home and the office, so you need to be self-managed and easy to reach. Core Criteria: Proven experience supporting or administering HubSpot (CRM, with Sales and/or Marketing Hubs) Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve user queries quickly Working knowledge of workflows, properties, pipelines, reporting and integrations Clear communicator who can explain technical fixes to non-technical colleagues Meticulous attention to detail and a firm grip on data integrity Reliable and able to work independently in a hybrid setup Based in, or able to commute to, Cape Town for three office days a week Core Responsibilities: Provide first-line and escalated HubSpot support to internal users Troubleshoot system issues and see them through to resolution Manage user access, permissions and onboarding Build and maintain workflows, properties, lists and pipelines Maintain data quality through imports, clean-ups and duplicate management Create and update reports and dashboards for different teams Support integrations with other business systems Document processes and train users on best practice Liaise with HubSpot support and external vendors where needed Hybrid working: three days per week in the Cape Town office This is a live-out position
