Developing innovative recruitment strategies to source and retain diverse talent will be key, alongside supporting employment equity and adhering to statutory HR requirements. You will collaborate with management to anticipate current and future staffing needs, manage expectations around recruitment timelines, and ensure processes are transparent, consistent, and compliant. A crucial part of your responsibilities includes coordinating the full onboarding process and working with HR management to enhance the overall employee experience. You will also assist in employee recognition and engagement activities, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess between four and five years of relevant experience in recruitment and workforce analysis, with strong stakeholder management skills and a sound understanding of corporate governance and compliance. Proficiency in talent acquisition and talent management practices is essential, supported by the ability to work effectively within a team and across management levels.
