Please note that this is a half-day position. Salary: R12,000 - R14,000 per month. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Strong knowledge of HR policies, administration, and reporting Proven ability to manage HR projects effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with the following: Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Employment legislation relevant to South Africa Key Responsibilities: Manage human resources administration and ensure compliance with HR policies Oversee HR reporting and data management Lead and support HR projects and initiatives Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies
