HR Intern

• Wine Estate in Somerset West, Western Cape is looking for a motivated and organised HR Intern to assist their Human Resources department on a seasonal internship.
• This opportunity is ideal for a student studying Human Resources Management who requires practical workplace experience. The successful candidate will assist with employee records and gain exposure to the day-to-day administration of an HR department.

• Scan, file and organise employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with digitising and maintaining personnel files.
• Capture and update employee information where required.
• Ensure documents are correctly labelled, stored and easily accessible.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee information.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

• Currently studying towards a qualification in Human Resources Management and requiring practical experience.
• Computer literacy with basic Microsoft Office skills.
• An organised, methodical approach and good attention to detail.
• An understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
• A trustworthy, reliable and responsible approach.
• Willingness to learn and gain practical experience within an HR environment.
