HR Coordinator HRD Engineering

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:
• Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes,     etc.
• Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.)
• Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox) 
• Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status

CUSTOMERS:
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction as specified

BUSINESS PROCESSES:
• Deliver training to employees
• Conduct assessments and moderation
• Assist during development of new course material
• Ensure that training facilities and equipment are maintained in good state of repair by conducting inspections and safety audits in area of responsibility
• Manage and control administration associated with area of responsibility
• Adhere to chapter 2 section 10 of MHSA

Minimum qualifications:
• Technical Grade 12/ N2
• 3 years relevant experience in training
• Registered Assessor
• ETDP Level 3
• Engineering Trade Qualification (Electrical / Mechanical)

Additional qualifications:
• Moderator (Advantageous)
• 2 years’ experience in training.

Skills and Knowledge: 
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
• Samancor Chrome Systems (IMS, EBMS, Chromedoc, Staffbook, LMS)
• Demonstrate and apply an understanding of Engineering standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of the WCM policies and procedures related to HRD process
