- We're looking for a proactive HR Administrator to play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced People Shared Services environment.
- Based in a centralised support function, you'll ensure HR processes are executed seamlessly, compliantly, and within agreed service levels.

- The HR Administrator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, payroll inputs, and employee record management.
- Through accurate administration and responsive stakeholder support, this role helps maintain compliance, operational efficiency, and the smooth functioning of the People Shared Services team.
What You Will Do:
- Supporting the HRBPs in the company’s recruitment process
- Process all integrity checks including ITC, criminal, qualifications and ID verification for candidates entering the workforce and employee movement.
- Preparing applicable HR documents as requested
- Organizing and updating employee personnel records in the People and Metro systems
- Providing professional assistance and support for incoming telephone, e-mail and system generated requests/queries within the agreed SLA timeframe
- Effectively manage tasks to ensure targets, deadlines and SLA requirements are achieved
- Providing Monthly input to payroll for processing
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and legal compliance requirements
- Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Daily planning on the shared HRA calendar
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure the overall success of related tasks
- Adhoc projects within the HR admin space.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 2- 3 years in a Generalist Human resources Assistant or Administrator position
- 1 of which has been solely responsible for the full life cycle of on-boarding, off-boarding or processing of internal movements.
- Strong administrative & organisational skills
- Strong PC literacy, MS office and Payspace (Helpdesk experience advantageous)
- High Accuracy with attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills
- Stress tolerance and excellent time management skills
- Deadline driven
Educational Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
