Housekeeping Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A luxury Big 5 game lodge in Pilanesberg, North West is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will assist in supervising the Housekeeping department and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS: - Previous housekeeping supervisory experience - Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or hospitality environment - Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures - Good attention to detail - Strong organisational and communication skills - Ability to supervise and motivate a housekeeping team - Professional and hands-on approach - Ability to work under pressure KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping department - Assist with allocating duties and monitoring staff performance - Conduct room and public-area inspections - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Monitor housekeeping stock, linen and amenities - Assist with training and guiding housekeeping staff - Report maintenance issues and follow up where required - Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the required standard - Assist with maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction - Support the Executive Housekeeper with daily operational requirements PACKAGE: - Salary: R12,000 - R15,000 per month - Live-in accommodation - Meals provided LOCATION: Pilanesberg - North West
