POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Have a good understanding of business functions such as human resources, finance, sales and marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations, both F&B and Rooms Division Are competent in strategic planning and have proven leadership abilities. Are able to clearly demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines. Are a team player, coach, and mentor to colleagues where necessary and able to work in a multi-cultural environment. Able to provide innovative ideas and have an excellent understanding of budgets and finances from an operational perspective. Have a passion for Hospitality, with the drive to provide extraordinary experiences Have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality with 5 - 7 years of experience as Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager with proven experience using Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office.
