Head of Revenue Operations

Job Description

• This is a remote position.
• Driving commercial strategy, this role establishes data-led systems, territory frameworks, and sales enablement mechanisms to accelerate organisational growth in a successful consulting company. Working cross-functionally, the position bridges sales, marketing, and finance functions to streamline go-to-market execution.
• The role leads the structuring of revenue processes, standardising account segmentation, and optimising pipeline reporting to support executive decision-making. Monday - Friday UK standard time (9am - 6pm, South Africa time) 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overarching go-to-market strategies to drive commercial performance.
• Build, maintain, and manage commercial data dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Execute territory planning and establish clear account segmentation frameworks.
• Deliver sales enablement initiatives, tools, and processes to support commercial teams.
• Provide data-savvy operational oversight across sales, pre-sales, and sales operations functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a Revenue Operations or commercial operations function.
• Strong data oversight and analytical dashboard management capability.
• Demonstrated experience in territory planning and account segmentation.
• Background in developing sales enablement programs and go-to-market strategies.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience collaborating directly with C-suite stakeholders, finance, and marketing leadership.
