POSITION INFO:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems computer science engineering or related field Honours Degree MBA or master's degree advantageous Microsoft Azure Data or AI certifications advantageous Relevant leadership and project management certifications beneficial Requirements: Minimum 10 years' experience leading technology functions and teams Proven experience driving technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives Strong experience with cloud platforms data analytics and business intelligence solutions Experience implementing AI solutions AI agents and business automation initiatives Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Power BI SQL and modern data platforms Experience managing technology vendors budgets and service providers Knowledge of cyber security governance and compliance frameworks Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and board level leadership Strong leadership people management and stakeholder engagement skills KPA's: Develop and execute the group technology data and AI strategy Lead technology teams and drive a high-performance culture Identify and implement AI agents automation initiatives and digital innovation opportunities Oversee data analytics reporting and business intelligence platforms Ensure technology infrastructure security and business continuity requirements are met Manage strategic technology partners vendors and contracts Drive system standardisation integration and process optimisation across the business Present technology roadmaps business cases and project updates to executive leadership Ensure technology investments deliver measurable operational and commercial value Apply now!
