Senwes is seeking a strategic and experienced Group Executive: Human Resources to lead the development, implementation and delivery of the Senwes Group people strategy. The successful candidate will provide executive leadership across all human resource functions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people practices while driving organisational performance, talent sustainability, governance, culture and employee value propositions across the Group. As the primary liaison to the Remuneration Committee (REMCO), the incumbent will provide strategic oversight and recommendations on remuneration, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and people governance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications and experience: Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or equivalent qualification. Postgraduate qualification in related field will be advantageous. Minimum 10 years' experience as an HR Generalist. Candidates with management and executive leadership experience will receive preference. Experience in remuneration, organisational development, talent management and strategic workforce planning. Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and corporate governance requirements. Experience operating within a complex, multi-business environment will be advantageous.
