We're Hiring: Graphic Designer & Videographer | Pretoria We are seeking an energetic, trustworthy, well-organised, and creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our team. This hands-on role will be instrumental in shaping and elevating our brand presence by translating marketing strategies into compelling digital designs, motion graphics, commercial photography,y and video campaigns. Location: Pretoria East (with monthly travel to Polokwane and various event sites) Reports To: Marketing Manager Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office About the Role Wenbro Hire is looking for a proactive, innovative Graphic Designer & Videographer to strengthen our brand's visual identity. You will create impactful digital and print assets, produce engaging video content, and support marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Visual & Print Design: Develop marketing artwork for digital platforms, social media, print media, product packaging, catalogues, and internal corporate communications. Video Production & Animation: Plan, direct, film and edit promotional videos, lifestyle content, product demonstrations and training materials for YouTube and social channels. Create basic 2D animations and motion graphics. Product Photography: Conduct both in-studio and on-location photography for website product pages, e-commerce listings and promotional materials. Product Branding & Vinyls: Design equipment branding decals and application guides; oversee correct physical vinyl application and manage vinyl inventory, tracking and storage. Digital & Web Assets: Design and update visual content for the company website, promotional blogs and targeted email marketing campaigns. Asset & Template Management: Build, organise and maintain brand templates, raw footage archives, stock assets and design files with appropriate version control. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales representatives and branch teams to support marketing campaigns, promotional activations and external supplier print projects. Requirements & Qualifications Formal Education: BA Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production or a related discipline. Experience: 3 - 6 years of proven industry experience within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Software Proficiency: Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom), Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word), and Canva (for presentations). Familiarity with task management software, particularly Operating Systems: Experience working within the Apple\/macOS ecosystem is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to construction, plant hire or technical equipment industries is beneficial but not essential. Travel & Licencing: Valid driver's licence and full willingness to undertake monthly travel, including journeys between Pretoria and Polokwane and visits to live event sites, are essential. Site Adaptability: Comfortable working on-site in workshop, factory, construction and field environments during photo and video shoots. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of print production, product vinyl application, signage manufacturing and merchandise preparation. Interpersonal Skills: Clear and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for visual detail.
