Develop operator-facing application software in C++ Own features from requirements → design → development → testing Work across both front-end and back-end Research new technologies and understand complex user requirements Contribute to software design, testing, documentation and verification Work closely with a collaborative engineering team Desired Experience & Qualification BSc Hons Computer Science \/BEng Engineering Exceptional aka cum laude \/ as close to cum laude academic record Strong experience with C++ Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design & software patterns Experience with Git, Subversion or Perforce Agile \/ Jira experience Bonus points for: Modern C++ (C++11+) XML, XSLT, JSON, YAML or XML Schema MSc in Computer Science or Engineering
