Graduate Electrical Engineer

POSITION INFO:
Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of electrical systems , including power generation, distribution, and control systems. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations of electrical components and systems. Support senior engineers in preparing electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation . Participate in site visits, inspections, and project reviews to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Assist with the preparation of engineering reports, calculations, and cost estimates . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors . Provide technical support to internal teams and clients when required. Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies . Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and environmental regulations throughout project execution. Education & Qualifications Essential Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advantageous Internship experience in electrical engineering or related projects. Knowledge of renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies . Skills & Knowledge Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of: Electrical systems Electrical circuits Control systems Power generation and distribution systems Ability to read and interpret: Electrical schematics Technical drawings Blueprints Knowledge of electrical safety codes and standards such as: IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) NEC (National Electrical Code) OSHA standards Software Skills Proficiency in: AutoCAD SolidWorks ETAP MATLAB Other electrical design and analysis tools Core Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment . Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
