Global Mobility Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned Global Mobility professional with strong international experience. The ideal candidate should have worked extensively across the MENA region, Africa, and other international locations, with a proven track record in managing complex mobility programmes and cross-border assignment

POSITION INFO:
Qualification Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology or a related field. Global Mobility / International HR qualification or certification.( Advantageous Project Management qualification. Specialist immigration, international tax or expatriate management training. Experience and Skills Requirements Minimum 5-7 years' relevant HR/global mobility experience. Minimum 3-5 years' direct experience in global mobility, expatriate management or international workforce deployment. Experience coordinating immigration and work authorisation across multiple countries. Experience managing international assignments from mobilisation through to repatriation. Experience conducting country-specific employment/mobility research and due diligence. Experience supporting international project mobilisation and/or new-country entry. Experience coordinating expatriate payroll, benefits, allowances and tax requirements with specialist stakeholders. Experience with workforce planning and international resource deployment. Experience within mining, engineering, construction, EPC/EPCM, O&M or another project-based multinational organisation advantageous. Experience across Africa and/or the Middle East advantageous.
