Who are we looking for (Ideal candidate profile)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is physically fit, service-oriented, and able to perform manual labour. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, takes initiative, and consistently adds value to the workplace.

Minimum requirements, including:

Qualifications

Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.

Essential Experience

• Experience in loading and offloading stock will be advantageous.
• Experience in general housekeeping and cleaning duties will be beneficial.

Competencies

• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to details.
• Accountability and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Skills Required

• Service orientation.
• Accurate, thorough, and precise work ethic.
• Excellent physical health.
• Ability to perform hard manual labour.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general tidiness of the premises.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.
• Assist customers and suppliers with the loading and offloading of stock in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support stock control activities.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Deliver quality customer service.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
• Continuously contribute to improving the effectiveness of the function.
