POSITION INFO:
To be successful, you'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to bridge business needs and system functionality. KEY REQUIREMENTS: ~4 years' experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar systems support role 3-year IT or related qualification and a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst certification Experience in requirements documentation, functional analysis, configuration support, software testing, UAT and defect tracking Working knowledge of SQL or data querying, system troubleshooting, incident management and integrated business applications
