SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Franchise Business Representative Manager to support, develop and grow the franchise network. The role will provide operational and business support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards, operational procedures, brand requirements and commercial objectives.
POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. Conduct regular franchise\/store visits and operational audits. Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards and operational requirements. Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance, coaching and training to franchisees and staff. Assist with corrective actions and follow up on agreed improvement plans. Support new franchise store openings from pre-opening through implementation and post-opening support. Identify potential new franchise opportunities and support the franchise sales pipeline. Drive business growth, product penetration and franchisee buy-in. Monitor customer service, brand and corporate identity standards. Prepare reports and provide feedback on franchise performance and market opportunities. Support continuous improvement and network expansion initiatives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, franchising, sales, operations or business development. Franchise or franchisee experience will be highly advantageous. Multi-site retail experience preferred. Experience with store openings and operational implementation. Proven experience in sales and business development. Experience in training, coaching and operational auditing. Automotive, battery or FMCG experience will be advantageous. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively. KEY COMPETENCIES Strong relationship management and communication skills.
