Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the business. Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards. Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational trends. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate new projects, investments, and growth opportunities. Drive reporting automation and continuous process improvement initiatives. Support reporting, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and leadership teams. Minimum Requirements CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting, or Financial Reporting. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Sound knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
