POSITION INFO:
Job description: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary Analyse financial and operational performance trends Monitor key business drivers and performance indicators Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making Assist with long-term financial planning initiatives Prepare board and executive-level reporting packs Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and reporting processes Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis or Commercial Finance experience Strong financial modelling and forecasting experience Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools Qualification: BCom Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree CIMA studies or qualification advantageous Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
