Somerset West: My client, a prestigious luxury 5-star country estate in the Cape Winelands, is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to oversee its food and beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with strong leadership, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Lead exceptional dining experiences while driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets and services Lead, manage and develop the F&B team, ensuring exceptional service standards Drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiencies Manage budgets, cost control, stock levels and supplier relationships Monitor guest satisfaction and consistently uphold luxury service standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Criteria: Relevant hospitality management qualification Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role Strong financial, budgeting and cost-control capabilities Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of luxury hotel and restaurant operations A hands-on, commercially driven approach to hospitality management Please note that consideration will be given primarily to applicants with relevant experience in an equivalent position within the hospitality industry, preferably in an upmarket or luxury establishment.
