POSITION INFO:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy through insightful financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. This role is responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost optimisation, and financial governance across the business while leading a high-performing team. Duties : Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the business. Deliver accurate financial reports and performance insights to support strategic decision-making. Drive monthly, weekly, and long-term financial forecasting activities. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, revenue performance, and cost efficiency. Partner with business leaders to support planning, budgeting, and commercial initiatives. Lead and develop the FP&A team while driving continuous process improvement. Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance across all FP&A activities. Education and experience: CA(SA) or CIMA qualification Over 12 years of financial experience, with more than 5 years in FP&A.
